The combination of using grapes grown on some of the oldest Chardonnay vines in the Naramata region, along with careful winemaking, has produced a wine to be truly proud of.

Tasting notes: Flavours and aromas of ripe melon and citrus are intermingled with a dusting of oak spice and a touch of flinty wet stone.

Food Pairing: Pair this daring wine with classic dishes, such as Oysters Rockefeller, or sit back and enjoy a glass along with a simple bowl of buttered popcorn.  Either way works just fine.
