This wine’s name was inspired by B.C.’s very own Pink Mountain, a natural wonder created by the fireweed which blooms throughout the spring and summer months. Pink Mountain is made from premium 100% Gamay grapes grown at Anastasia vineyard.
Taste Profile: Fermented cold in 100% stainless steel, it captures the aromas you would expect; sun warmed raspberries, cherries, and chard bananas are combined with a hint of residual sugar to balance the acidity just right.
Food pairing: Pair this bottle with maple peppered roasted turkey, mushroom ham, and gruyere quiche, or, serve with a platter of smoked salmon and wild raspberries.
