Our Wine / Pink Mountain Rose 2018
“Favourite Blush Wine” People’s Choice Medal by WineART
This Rose’s name was inspired by B.C.’s very own Pink Mountain, a natural wonder created by the fireweed which blooms throughout the spring and summer months. The 2018 Pink Mountain is comprised of Gamay Noir, fermented cold in 100% stainless steel.
Taste Profile: Wild strawberry, rhubarb and sour pie cherries dominate the nose and follow through to the palate. The wine finishes with a zesty note of lime.
Food pairing: Pair this bottle with Toulouse or other garlicky sausages, duck confit, or a vegetarian dish like a butternut squash.
